FAQ


1What if my flight is delayed?

The chauffeur will wait for you until your flight arrives. Our chauffeurs are able to check online the estimated arrival time as well as any delays.

2.How do I recognize the chauffeur waiting for me?

Your chauffeur will hold a sign with your name. The only thing you need to do is walk over to your chauffeur.

3.What happens if, for some reason, I can’t find my chauffeur?

In this case please call directly to our office so that we can tell our chauffeur how to recognize you.

4.What happens if my flight lands earlier than expected?

In this case you can call our customer support hotline and explain the situation without leaving from the arranged meeting point.
We would like to inform you at this point that our chauffeurs are always at the meeting point 20 minutes prior to the agreed time in order to avoid such events.

Our rates include:

Vehicle, fuel and chauffeur
ΔMotorway tolls, if any
Guide, if asked for

Our rates do not include:

Costs for entrance tickets to archaeological sites, museums, theaters, food, etc.
Costs for ferry boats, bridges, boats, etc.
Overnight stays in hotels

ιPlease do not hesitate to contact us by phone, e-mail or fax, in case you need any further information and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Note: It is forbidden to make separate arrangements with our chauffeurs, guides or anybody else for any matter whatsoever. Should you need to make any changes, e.g. extension of your booking, change of destination, etc., please contact our customer service hotline.
